Welcome! We are thrilled that you are considering ZEF for your hair needs. We think of all our guests as hair friends and we would love to include you among them. It can be intimidating to sit in a stylist's chair for the first time -- no matter how highly recommended they might be! Not sure what you want or need? Please choose one of our "Consultation only" services so we can discuss your hair goals before you commit to an appointment.
Service Adjustment and Retail Policy
We strive to offer our hair friends the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within seven days of your visit, and we will be happy to make any adjustments at no additional charge.
Retail products are NON-REFUNDABLE
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for you, we require 24-hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to 1/2 the service fee, which will be due before a new appointment can be rescheduled. Consistent Reschedules and cancellations are also subject to fees.
A credit card on file is required to book. Please give us a call to set up your profile.
Please value our stylists' time and talent. No Call-No Shows will not be permitted to reschedule with us.
All prices are subject to change depending on the
