We're Back!

New protocols for our ZEF hair friends.

Here is what you can expect on your visit with us:

We have closely followed all CDC and PA state Board of Cosmetology rules and regulations to keep you safe. Please be confident that you are our number one priority.

  • All team members of ZEF will be screened each day to ensure they have no COVID-19 symptoms and are required to stay home if not feeling well.
     

  • We will be pre-screening when we call to confirm your appointment and take a visual assessment when you arrive.  Questions will be asked, as required by the state: *Have you traveled out of the state or country in the last 14 days?    *Have you had any symptoms such as fever, cough, or trouble breathing in the previous 14 days?    *Have you been in contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days? We ask for your complete honesty when asking these questions so that we can keep everyone safe.
     

  • Please remain in your car or browse around our beautiful "Greengarden Place" until we call you to the salon. Grab a coffee, popcorn, pizza, or a slushee and shop around. We have a lot to offer here in our little community.
     

  • No guests, please. Our waiting room will not be open. There will be special accommodations made for families/ caregivers that need to come together. 
     

  • Bring in as little as possible: keys, phone, and form of payment.
     

  • We will not be serving coffee or snacks at this time, so bring your own if you want. However, we will have individual bottles of water and soda that our staff will serve you if you desire.
     

  • No physical contact means no handshakes or hugging (trust us we don't like it either)
     

  • You must wear a mask at all times, and if you are concerned about getting hair color on yours or forgot it, we will provide a disposable one.
     

  • Be assured everything will be wiped down with disinfectant before and after every hair friend. We will keep all tools sanitized ( like we always have) after every service.
     

  • Payments: Whenever possible, please use contactless payments. When we call you or when you arrive, we can store your CC in our system. Please go cashless whenever possible. This is not a requirement as we can sanitize our POS terminal after every use or our hands when using cash.
     

  • Please be aware your service price may be higher than usual. Due to the amount of extra color and time, we may use to correct your pandemic hair. Don't forget some of you have missed several appointments, but we are here for you!
     

  • We know this all sounds like a lot, but we want you to feel relaxed knowing you are in a safe zone. We are so excited to have you back in our brand new space.
